Well, as usual, you have to wait for this before you get to see it. But one reason is maybe the backlinks you've created either got deleted or just don't have quality on it.

Hello friend I have also confused it before, you do not see all back link at google. If you want to see your backlink then backlinkwatcher is one good site.

Google does not count all your backlinks it come across just like yahoo and the other search engines do. But this does'nt mean their bots dont see them, any link you get do count.

and i think if you want to check your backlinks, yahoo is a better way than google you should check on yahoo

As far as I have learned, a lot of the online backlink checkers and some software find the backlinks from google or yahoo so I have found them to be useless. I have learned to have patience and rely on the slow uptake of Google Webmater Tools

yes, google take some time to show your backlinks. But try to backlinks with same or related niche.

You never mentioned if your website in already indexed by Google. I think this only happens when your website is not indexed.

Google webmaster tools will show you your backlinks that have been found by google on its next update but as for the site:link, I dont know the criterias they use to select links that appear for that.
