i didn' t look at my websites since a few day and i was hoping to see a PR update but i guess i'll have to wait a few more days (weeks ?)

I thought there was an update recently, no?
How often is the toolbar update, roughly? Once a month? Twice? More? Less?

Generally Google update take place every 3 months. It is not mandatory. But from the past trends one can say this.
