Dont believe digg alone, digg is mostly conquered by intentionally making their diggs front page. now a days members are becoming less who digg for their read but increasing in members who digg because they need to get diggs for their submissions

For getting traffic through digg you need to make friends there and share your posted link with them. Also make sure to post unique and useful link with an appealing title and description of your link.
