Need some help-Read please-
Hey all i need some help with some issues on my site

1.my site was based on html and it was indexed on google,now i swithched on joomla and submited new sitemap with rearanged things on site but google is not indexing anything more than 1 url of my site do i have some problem with site or its just google that is slow

2.can give me some tips on some sites related to my site where i can ask for link exchange and things like that coz wherever i asked they don't even want to reply
