Google SERP problem.
Hello to everybody.
I have a 6 month old blog and I`m trying to get genuine Google traffic to it;
I regularly check SERP and I see that I`m on 50th position for keyword in "" ("my_keyword") and i`m not even in SERP for keyword without quotes.
About 3-4 days ago my page appeared in SERP on 33th position for my keyword without quotes, I got some traffic instantly. But after 2 days it dissapeared from SERP again.
Now I don`t know what I`m doing wrong. What`s the problem with my blog/links/Google ??? Why I`m not in SERP for keyword without quotes ?? What sould I do to get there?
What I have already done:
- I`m following all Google webmaster recomendations as possible;
- My articles are longtale keyword - optimized (not too much);
- I have approx. 50 links to each page from article syndication sites and web 2.0 resources (DoFollow) with my keyword in the anchors. Links exist for about 1,5 month already and are indexed by Google.

I think Google does change its SERP algorithm periodically so the fluctuation of our page ranking is normal, too. Keep working as usual, you would step on to page 1.

Of course it`s similar. Because I ask this question on 3 more SEO forums. Why should I change text of question?
2AIRFORCE:
It is not G-dance. It`s absense in SERP for most of the time (for about 2-3 month already) and presence in SERP for only 2 days.

Stop monitoring your position in a week and focus on link building... too much expectations always results frustration..

So, you say that I'm too much worried? OK, but what if Google put some filter on my domain? In that case all my work will be for free.

Just work on Link Building.
It is the only way to get NO.1 position in SERP.

If your website is new, less than one year old. you need to stay patient for a while and continue building links for your website as that is the only possible solution.

Maybe your site is a new one.The ranking is not very stable.You should continue getting more quality backlinks to promote your website.

Everyone is more or less right here, just a few things I'd like to add.
1. If your site is a blog, it will be viewed as "less" than a normal website by the SE - given that blogs are free, easy to set up and there are so many scraper and spam blogs.
2. 6 months is not enough time to establish trust and authority in google's eyes. You need to be patient and bide your time.
3. don't check the serps more than once a month. Set yourself goals to check for each month instead. Your competition is not standing still either, so it's obvious that with such a new site and few backlinks, you will fluctuate.
4. don't worry. Just keep doing what you're doing, and try and get some authority links. Ask other bloggers to link to your content, or produce good content. That's the best way to get links.

This 35-50 position is not stabled ... it may be vary at any time ... if the site in first page especially top 5 position then can say stabled .. So in this 2-5 page always varying and some time vanishing... no need to worry much try to work hard and get a position in first page

Building backlinks is also a great and effective way to help you boost your rankings on serps, but quality is important as well.
