I have one question on dofollow blog commenting, that if I comment on blog that is not similar to my blog theme and if I get backlink from that blog, is it will harm on my blog?

Matt Cutts from Google said 'there is no such thing as a bad link'. If this was the case webmasters could intentionally harm their competitors web sites. The real worst case scenario is that a link simply carries no weight at all.

Definitely no harm.
And I think an issue-relative backlink might get more weight on SERP.

i think if you link with different blogs that was not related to your site, if you are linking with many unrelated sites that was called link farm which was a part of black hat methods if i am not mistaken...

No.. as long as there is a link there is a gain... even not using keyword would still help..

That is not a bad link however it seems to be irrelevant.. Anyway, there will always be times that you will have blogs comments on different niche blogs.. It's okie but it's much recommended to post of related websites :-)

Building links is a tricky process if it was possible to get thousands of backlinks which were all relevant, high authority, and one way then being a webmaster would be a heck of a lot easier. Personally I try my best to get all three listed above, but it is difficult to get all three and 90% of the time I have to settle on giving up one of the three. This means sometimes I will give up relevance when building links for getting a high authority one way link even though it is not related to my niche and have still seen a rise within the serps. I recommend not giving up more than one such as a recip with a high authority relevant link is fine, but a recip link with a non related site will probably not do much or a recip with a low authority site will probably not do much. At most give up only one of the three (relevant, one way, high authority) and you will be ok.

Nope its not harmful. A link is a link. It only differs on quality and effectiveness as to your site status and marketing is concern.. =)

We do not have control over inbound links: but we do have control over outbound links, so outbound links to bad sites can hurt.
