If you are building an e-commerce site with thousands of pages, you need a good e-commerce script which can generate Search engine friendly pages for your products which will have different titles, descriptions and keywords matching every product and having keywords in your URLs instead of cryptic characters.

Good e-commerce scripts are little expensive but they are worth the investment. Google will crawl your product pages if they are not far away from the root and SE friendly, otherwise most of your product pages would end up in the supplemental index.
