Universum just released their report which showed that globally, Google is the “most attractive employer”, being ranked number one in the top 50 global businesses and engineering companies categories. Microsoft wasclose behind, with a second place in engineering and third in business.
so what r u thinking now????

I would agree because if you will check out the facilities for google employees, I guess you will envy them so much. It's fun to work with google because they do share their success to their employees.. :-)

Did you also noticed that most google employees answer certain queries on google forum. I don't know if its a part of their work or they are just concern on specific queries that mostly asked by the newbies.

Now, i'm just a bit wonder if how much profit they received?

Nothing can match Google today. The advancements made Google are really great and really it is the most attractive employer.

Exactly! As google is the best search engines among all and it s products are fabulous and same in terms of facilities to the employees that are also the best.

Well and a big factor in that was that many of the people who got into their 401k found themselves utterly rich after the boom. It's a company where many of their employees found themselves utterly rich.

So who wouldn't be happy? Then that richness leads them to treating new employees well, etc. They clearly can afford it after all. But if they start losing dominance, that may change...

Google value much on their employee's welfare That's why they are the most attractive employer. I saw their video on youtube and their facilities are really great. Contented employees means more commitment and dedication to their employer.

Yes, it is true.

But, it is very hard to get entry in Google as well as Microsoft.
