Best # of keywords? Best # uses in desc?

I'm sure these two questions have been asked..

Whats the best # of keywords to put in my meta tag keywords?

And in my desciription (meta) .. how many times is best for me to use my main keyword "dctalk" i'm guessing to many times is bad?

meta keywords = for phrases you cant include in other copy (such as synonyms and misspellings)

meta descriptions = try to use most all the common variations of your most common keyword phrases for that page at least once while making sure the meta description reads well to human eyes.

Hi you can always try www.marketleap.com and use their free tools, they are quite accurate. There is a theory that spiders are no longer looking at megatags first, page relevance and links to and from are more important!

those tools do not even deal with keyword density or meta tags, which makes your post a bit off topic.

I did not say they were not, I was stating that they had nothing to do with meta tags.
