Adsense for Domains Disapproved

I applied for google adsense for domains for a domain called

Britneyspearsspics.info

Britneyspears - celebrity (we can apply for a domain with celebrity name right ?)
S-just a letter
pics - nothing wrong here i think.

Adsense disapproved it, i think my domain was caught under the first point below, but the domain name has nothing to do with pornography, adult .
I think the celebrity keyword in my domain has used up lot of times in pornographies may be thats the reason for the disapporval.
Please give me suggestions, i will really appreciate it.

* References to tragedies or other sensitive current events
* Any other terms that are illegal, promote illegal activity, or infringe on the legal rights of others.

Using someone elses name to make a profit can get you into a lot of trouble.

Do you remember the chuck norris jokes that were going around? Someone took those jokes, put them into a book and then sold the book.

Chuck norris sued the publishers of the book

That is what you would be doing with Britneyspearsspics.info - you would be exploiting the name of Britney Spears for your own personal gain.

And that is probably why your account was not approved.

Oh my god, Thanks a lot Kev for pointing this out.
but i wonder there are many other site which have been running ads profitably using the other brand names in their urls. Like in my case many film personalities fan pages, wallpaper sites all running Google ads, how come they are safe ?
please explain.,

Use another domain that is not known or not even popular. You can use domain names that are related to the popular domain name.
