Hidden Sites in Google

one of my sites was recently banned/removed from google due to duplicate content I think along with other sites. It happend before with this site and it was gone for 8 months until it suddenly reappeared in google with all of it pages.
Now today I did a "site:domain.com" on the domain and the result was a single link appeared on a totally different domain because it had like a 302 redirect to the banned domain.
The funny thing is that it revealed 1 result out of like 1800 which exactly match the banned domain so the site is just hidden and not removed from google

Sun is invisible at night but it still exists and reappear in mornings.
