Question Internal site pages have a PR0?!?

This domain I follow all of a sudden has had ALL of its internal pages lose their PageRank and all are now PR0's. The home page continues to be a PR5.

The site is a little over one year old and has some pretty good rankings on Google. There's a POSSIBILITY this site has a duplicate content problem with Google. Would that cause this to happen and if so once the duplicate content issue is resolved, will the pages eventually revert back to the PR5 and PR4 that they were before?
