Google PR hijacking
<added from post #23 in this thread: I hate to say it but if you've been to that link [the one I delinked which is listed below] you need to run your anti spyware software to remove at least 11 spyware applications that they have installed. >

I've seen the cracked code pasted in two different forums. In fact, I even copied it to WordPad just for the heck of it.
I don't believe it's really the best of ideas to be posting it though, it will only causes G to change their code sooner I think, when they start seeing it plastered all over the place.
I did post it in a SEO forum once, and it was quickly removed by the admin, where as in the forum I got it from, the admin couldn't have cared less and it's probably still there, so, I don't know. I wouldn't post it again though, I know that. I just don't think that it's a good idea.

Oh, yeah ... I'm referring to the algo script that had to be deciphered to make the G PR bar work, like the one for Firefox.
I have that code here on my PC somewhere and have been looking for it but haven't found it yet... I don't know why I am looking for it though, because I won't post it.. and I certainly am not going to use it for anything ... lol
.. but I do have it, along with a zillion other people, I'm sure ... it was posted on a 'huge' forum.

It may also be from Google, and who ever uses it will get detected and bounced from their results. In other words it could be a set up from Google...their way of fighting unscrupulous seo's.
