yahoo rank is first page but google rank does not appear

my new site was build a month ago.

and some keywords rank in yahoo first page. but google rank does not appear.

why？

There's a lot of ways to increase your visibility on Google. Yahoo and Bing are known for their fast indexing but not Google. Fed your blog feed to many RSS directories, build quality backlink, press release and blog commenting. Your site probably not indexed by Google yet.

Google having different algorithm than the Yahoo. Yahoo indexing site fastly as compare to Google and it ranked your site due to perfect onpage. Yahoo not consider backlinks for ranking.

Both of the search engines are independent and different. So their ranking criteria.

Generally Yahoo gives rank earlier than Google. Yahoo considers domain heavily, on ranking. So, keyword rich domain will rank better and sooner.

Google and Yahoo works differently. Try to concentrate on Google Algorithm. you will get good ranking in Google. For yahoo, get quality back links.

Yes this is true for all websites
The reason is
Yahoo search engine algorithm is weak than Google
Google considers many factors while deciding relevance or ranking of any website.Google search engine algorithm is updated frequently.
You need to follow new search engine trends to get ranking in Google.
I think social media optimization and few relative back-links can help you.
But Google ranking take time

This is the main reason for your poor ranking. Google need more trust and authority before put you on the first page. They need both domain aged and quality inbound links to boost up.

You need a lot of patient when optimizing for Google, especially if you are targeting high or very high competitive keywords.

Right, one month site is too young to rank in Google, especially for those competitive keywords. You need to target right keywords and use them and their variants in your title tags, description tags, page contents and as anchor text of your backlinks.

Plus, most likely you have a lot of nofollow links Yahoo counts them, Google doesn't.

Because Google and Yahoo are different search engines!

Your site is new, so Google will sandbox it for 3 to 6 months before it begins to show in the SERPs. Yahoo cannot afford a "sandbox".

Every search engine has different algorithm. Google has do follow and no follow while yahoo is always do follow. Just search about the different algorithms of different search engines and you will understand what I mean.

As the above users said that google and yahoo has different algorithm. That also happened to me when I optimized by site for the first month. I got no.1 then no. 2 at yahoo then in google something page 2. and 3.

Google is a slow machine. I was indexed in Yahoo in DAYS. But I have yet to be indexed in Google for my keyword. I hear many say it takes lots and lots of time. Just keep going at it. My friend says I'll be page 1 as soon as my site appears for its keyword.

this is a common problem for the newbies. why don't you read the forum before making a thread ? it can save a lot of time of your own. Google and Yahoo follows different rules for ranking the sites and Google is much popular than Yahoo so it is obivious that you will get the rank in Yahoo earlier than Google.

There are a thousand and one (probably more) answers to your question. You need to do more marketing and promoting. Track your results, drop what
does not work and focus on doing more of what does.

* Social bookmarking
* Press releases
* Article syndication (not spinning)
* RSS feed submissions
* etc.
