SEO Inc gone?
Where did SEOINC.com go? they have always had a #1 placement for 'seo' until about a month ago when seochat tookover... as of today - gone...

just posted a thread about this at IHY.
amazed. this is a recent outright penalty I bet.
there was a pretty decent thread last week that was going on there, about their use of a triangular link scheme that everyone in the SEO community knew they had going on. (that thread dissapeared from there though.)
wonder if it's related to that.
I tip my hat to Google.

Maybe it has something to do with the huge amount of non-themed inbounds they have... "christian science monitor"??
Anyone know what their client's sites are doing, any penalties?

Does it really matter? Isn't it their job to make sure they stay on top considering that is the type of service they are offering to their clients? My guess is that they were doing some spamming techniques that Google is now filtering against.

Don't understand. Don't many directories prefer that you use your domain name as the title? Why would that hurt your ranking?
