Saw this while submitting. Forgot where.

The directory was most likely banned from Google.

But I agree that 'adsense only' sites are ****!

It sounds like the directory maintainers are very emotional over google. Are they that mad to willingly pass up sites that may genuinely offer good content as well as AdWords?

It must be a small directory anyway.

Judging a site just beacuse its using adsense as bad.. is a bit tough..
Site which genuinly offer good content can resort to adsense for cutting down their expenses.

I think its more of a warning than anything and any decent site would get in.

My site (I think atleast) has good content and I still use AdSense. A lot of sites that use adsense have good content. I don't see anything wrong with it

One or two AdSense-es (?) on a website is fine, but sites that put three or more I can't stand.

Exists a lot of sites consisting of one page with optimized text for AdSense only. Example:
_http://www.privateinvestigatorinfo.com/
Usually, such authors have a hundreds such sites. I hate a such technologies and sites! This dust litters internet!
