I don't know but, I have a gray bar for singlesplaces.com/singles when I have always in the past had a PR2, and I'm talking for the last more than 2 years, and I do not touch the site in any way what-so-ever, no links or content added etc, and haven't for the 2+ years. Probably temporary I'm thinking.
