Angry Gone from google
my site www.vw-camper-van-hire.co.uk has been lost from google

it's still in the index and i have done absolutly nothing to it in the last 2 weeks - i am still top paging yahoo and msn but google has ripped me out

if any body can tell me why i would be erternally greatful

I can't say I know why, but my site has been kind of borked for the last year in Google. Part of it was because my redirect was kind of screwed up (it worked fine for users but apparently it gave spiders some issues, I didn't realize if for a bout 4 months). Oh well, it got straightened out in Yahoo and MSN thankfully. I don't know why it's taking so long with Google. :/

Hopefully your site is just one of those sit and wait for it to get better cases.

maybe the problem is in google itself? try re-submitting it so that u will get listed again, just bear in mind they update it every 1st day of the month, so i am a few hours late with this advice

and, be sure not to submit more than 5 times, cos they may block u for spam

Lorelei - there is no need to re-submit a site. Google update their indexes every day.

If you are banned, then clean the site up and ask for a re-inclusion request.

100877jamie 2 weeks ago Google updated. I too am in the index but have dropped many places and lost 90% of Google traffic.

I wouldn't start making any drastic changes just yet as the current update is not quite finished. May be a week or so more before things settle.
