1. The layout of the Google page was different,
2. The descriptions were longer,
3. Some was in foreign text, other parts were in English,
Not that important, I know, just kind of interesting variations of Google.

I suspect it's the equiv. of going to www.google.com.tw as the URL includes hl=zh-TW so they're browsing with the Taiwaneese (sp?) settings on. Why it comes up red instead of blue for links I'm not too sure, although I seem to remember red is a lucky colour in China so might have some connection.
