Alexa banned..
PR0 ...
No backward links, no cache in Google.
Very strange, couldn`t get it.. Might be wrongly banned like business.com was few months back.

But still couldn`t get it..

Yeah.. cool find.
but amazingly I have seen alexa with www version also with good PR. A lonh thread at WMW is also going on about the same thing..

yup........alexa....PR 0, even alexa bar showin na for the same.................by the way how imp is alexa toolbar ranking...........even though google pR is a respectable 6 for our website..........on alexa we hav already crossed the 65000 mark from 52000 4 months back..............ne idea's on how to get it back.

In terma of Alexa, 52000 > 65000. SO you actually dropped in rankings.
Getting in top 10000 is good, but rankings in Alexa can be easily manipulated. I for one, don`t trust them much.

I saw another shocking discovery: http://www.dirone.com/ I thought this was a highly respected directory. But also banned.. What's up with google?? Or What are we doing wrong??

It's a shame because all three of these are great directories. I do get some traffic from each, although not a lot. Regardless, having a presence in these directories is an important part of our marketing strategy.

The owners of these directories have put a good deal of time, effort, and money into building them. Hopefully, they will all continue to do well in spite of being excluded from G's index.

Could that be because they are scrapping dmoz content instead of having their own directory?
