Google Sitemap Generator
I'm using Google sitemaps to faciliate the indexing of new pages by Google. It's working great; however, the task of updating the sitemap.xml.gz file is tedious.

Has anyone here successfully installed SourceForge.net's sitemap_gen (python script)? The instructions are close to zilch. I'm not sure where on the server I should upload the files.

Also there's no mention of having to modify the python path in setup.py and sitemap_gen.py (which would be helpful for users unfamiliar with running server side scripts).
