New to running a site - problems with Google

Hello,

I am new to running a site and have a lot of questions regarding issues with appearing or not appearing on Yahoo or Google.

One of my questions regards having my site apparently "banned" from Google because I added some hidden keywords on a few pages. I didn't realize when doing that that it could cause me such a problem as being removed from searches COMPLETELY.

Well, I've removed the hidden text, but here are a few questions I have that hopefully I can get help with.

- Is there a way to fix being "banned" on Google?

- Are there numbers to call, or anyway to expedite this? I understand that I won't be appearing on the first page or top of the list, but not appearing at all is killing business.

- Because of the issue, my google adwords accounts won't even run anymore. Anyway to fix that?

Again, sorry for being so new - but everyone starts somewhere.
