Need help on Google search ranking & pagerank

hi,seo experts
my name is qixin lin,newbie to this forum,saying hi to all.......hi.......
I need some help on my website on google ranking and page rank,my site is about 11 months old,got good traffic from msn,some traffic from yahoo,but just get very little traffic from google,can seo experts tell us what cause that happened? how to increase google ranking and google page rank in order that we can get some traffic from the #1 search engine -- google !!
please help !!! any of the suggestions are welcome to reply.

You would be well-advised to hire a professional.

Anybody worth hiring will run you a few grand. There is no free lunch, not even a wish sandwich. You will pay in time spent learning or in cash, the choice is yours.

Personally, I wouldn't let anyone that didn't charge a hefty fee touch any site of mine. Maybe a friend, but he would have to normally charge a good rate.

Goods and services are, usually, worth precisely what you pay for them. If you pay nothing, it's probably worth nothing.

there are many "seo experts" out there,if we want to hire seo professional to help us on google ranking and page rank,how do we judge which "seo experts" is good?and how do we choose the seo professional experts ? at this moment,we are looking for seo experts can really help us on google page rank and google ranking,what price range is reasonable for some competive keywords and "regular competive keywords"? can anyone give us a free quote on keywords " rc cars" , "rc helicopters", " rc trucks", "rc boats"

Ask for some kind of portfolio, there's only one good SEO person, and that's one with experience and they will be able to show you what other sites they have been working on, and the results.
