Pagerank Always Shows "No pagerank information available"? Help

I always get that message on the toolbar when my laptop is on my home network. It works fine on my office network. Different ISP.

I think the same thing causing this is causing some problems with other tools I use too. They work at the office but not at home?

I figure it's either my router or something to do with the ISP. But, beyond that I have no clue.

Any help in solving this would be appreciated.

Anyone else have any ideas? Could it be the ISP?
I think I configured the routers the same so I guess the only thing left is the ISP.

Possibly but not necessarily the ISP. I've had the experience of seeing either a blank PR bar or, more curious, a different value displayed for the same page than other people see. It has been suggested that this is sometimes a result of querying from different data centers.

I don't pay that much attention any more but this hint was posted by a usually reliable source elsewhere -- Add the following line to your hosts file:

72.14.207.99 toolbarqueries.google.com

This forces the query to the "official" toolbar PR center.

You could try uninstalling it and downloading it again. That might work.

Tried to un-install and re-install. No luck? Like I said, it's on my laptop and works fine on other networks. Just not the home network.
