Is something wrong with the word "management"?

We have the site www.management-trainingen.nl. The site is now on the web for one month. No Google PageRank yet, but Google had indexed all pages. The strange thing is that al lot of words are recognised (for example the combination of the 2 dutch words "visie ontwikkeling" scores nr. 14), but any words and combination with the word "management" gives no score under the first 500, even if you use the filter in Google: "only Dutch sites". I would expect the 2 words "management trainingen" would score high for www.management-trainingen.nl. Could it be it has something to do with the word "management"? Could it be because the keyword "managament" is also an English word?
