Why are you just going after PR5 sites?
Start with other like or just slightly higher sites. Reasonable expectations is a two-way street.
Find other relevant sites and ignore the PR. Linking to a PR1, 2, or 3 site is more realistic. Those that are willing to "gamble" on your site will benefit when your PR does increase and you too will benefit as their PR increases.
On your front page, I would suggest running the text through an extra set of eyes for clarity. You have some confusing language via spelling errors, puncuation mistakes, etc. - this can't be sitting well with potential link exchange partners either. Also, I would drop the word "new" in your opening sentence.
Good luck.

i will improve spelling mistakes, punctuation and grammer today of my site,
secondly, pls tell me can i submit my site with free for all(FFA) directories? because i have read articles of webmaster they dont recommend FFA directories? what is ur suggention?

Yes, I think you shouldn't submit your site in FFA directories because it will take alot of time for your site to appear on the listing.

No FFAs are a BAD idea, besides doing more harm than good, you'd also be flooded with spam emails.
From Google Webmaster Guidelines:

Don't participate in link schemes designed to increase your site's ranking or PageRank. In particular, avoid links to web spammers or "bad neighborhoods" on the web, as your own ranking may be affected adversely by those links.

i am very careful in choosing which free directories to list my site in. however, some that are FFA, prove to be beneficial. and once the PR update happens, they will start charging money for these directories.
I don't see how any links can really harm you. While it might not provide the expected benefit, you really believe that having your link on a site can hurt you?

programmersbank,
it seems you've played with mod_rewrite
your domain is registered at 14-Dec-2005.
If your site does not have page rank (PR 0) this may be caused by the "sandbox" effect which affects new domains (sometimes).
I have a domain relevant to yours and my Page Rank moved from 0 to 4 for 10 months.
It's about tips, tricks and code snippets.
Currently, it's developement is freezed because I work on a SEO Software (Free and Paid version will be available).
