Ok I'll take a stab at it... It looks like your site has a lot of good content, a good number of pages indexed, since you've said you're adding constantly, that's good as well.
It appears that you have paid advertisements on quite a few sites. I mean, it looks like a lot of them are good sites, and you're at least on relevant pages, however if you ask me, those links actually LOOK orchestrated. Just about all of their site structures are domain.com/money/ and just about all their titles say Domain.com - Money.
Since it was that easy for me to pick out, I was able to dump a few of them into a Class-C IP Checker. It turns out the sites I typed in are all on different IP addresses, but ALL within the same Class-C Range. This means to me that the sites are all hosted through the same company and owned by the same company. All of them are also using the term “debt consolidation” as your anchor text, without a single deviation. The fact that every site has the same external links around yours as well doesn’t help either. I’ve spotted that as a network, and I’m no genius or mathematician, so I would be willing to bet some cash on Google finding it as a network. Being a network, I would if I were a search engine (Google may too) consider this One link.
Speaking of anchor text, don’t get me wrong. I love the power of anchor text, but it’s gotta be natural. You’ve got 300+ links with the term debt consolidation, 200 with credit counseling, and 200 as kimberly credit. This is one thing I would definitely look at. You need a good mix of anchor texts as it’s important to look as natural as possible. I would suggest articles and even press releases that DON’T use your keywords as the link text. The engines are smart enough to know that the page is relevant and that it should transfer link popularity and pagerank to your site to the point that those links will still count heavily.
Be wary of automated link networks. Be cautious of the anchor text you use. Mix it up and keep it conservative or at least under the radar. ;-)
