Is PRWeb free?

Also, http://learn.mydomain.com is linked from DMOZ. Is this going to make my top-level domain (http://www.mydomain.com) look like it's linked from DMOZ in the eyes of Google too?

My Olympic Queen Sheets page is listed on google, but the cache is from February 28th. Since then, I've done a butt load of improvements. Do I have to wait until it is recached before I see my new rankings?

If so, how long will it be until it is recached?

GOOD IDEA:

I sell bedding in the US. I'm going to ask foreign bedding websites to swap links with me.

Since we're not competitors, they should have no reason not to. Google will see the links as relevant.

While Google's constantly updating their backlinks, they only periodically update the number of backlinks they show, and even then, won't show them all. Just be patient, they'll show eventually.

There is good optimization and bad optimization, no such thing as over optimization.

Your site ranks poorly because of lack of quality anchor text links.
