Hello,guys
My site update every day,and in high SERP,but the Google Cache usually came once about a week,what's happen?my site program problem?

I think using high quality directories and book marking sites increase the spider crawling.

Adding fresh content to the website on a daily basis. This gives google a reason to keep coming back on a regular basis.

use you signature line on forums to get your website crawled, they aren't much good for PR but google does crawl these forums.

The frequency of Google crawling is not indicated by how often the cache is updated. Use Webmaster Tools to check the frequency of how often your site site is crawled.

I'm surprised no one has yet mentioned adding that ridiculous meta tag that supposedly makes Google visit your site after a certain number of days.

Btw, it doesn't work.

Two ways of inviting crawlers frequently,
1. Website pinging using RSS feeds
2. Regular Sitemap submission (Google allows you to submit Sitemap once in 1 hour)

add your site to webmaster tools and se the site crawl frequency from there, you soulnt worry too much on the crawl rate tho, let google do his thing

some of them are:

2) social bookmarking sites to increase the spider crawling.
3) Adding fresh content to the website on a daily basis.
4) use signature on forums to get website crawled.
5)modify your meta tags regularly for crawling website more faster.

all the ways you use is to gain the google's favor,as long as google love your site, it will crawl your sitemap regularly everyday,even several hours.just post more quality content and get more quality backlinks.thus, it will make your site crawled very often.by googlebot,
