There are rumors that Google is developing and testing their own version of PayPal called GBuy. If this comes to life, I'll be forced to use both.

This is not a new rumour. In fact, I've used their payments system already. I supplied the people at techcrunch.com with some exclusive screenshots and info about the ratings system they recently implemented.

Hi all,

I sell abit on ebay but recently iv been having problems with paypal freezing my account stealing my money etc!! and now ebay have took it upon themselves to also block my sellers account just 1 weeks after i managed to get my paypal account unblocked! arrrrrg its driving me mad!

Iv been earching for an alternative to ebay and found an artical from last year stating that Google was in the process of not only launching its own rival to paypal (Gbuy) but also a rival auction site to ebay? does anyone know anything about this and when the site will be live!??

LAUZ20 something tells me that Google is going to be more strict when it comes to accounts and fraud management - IMHO that is.
