Looking at google's traffic



It has been promoted from 3 to 2, exceeded MSN.

I would like to say google will exceed yahoo in near further.As most of the traffic of google is from the search engine but yahoo and msn are from their emails whose searching traffic is small part. people using gmail is growing and gmail is clean and fast which is much better than others.

I doubt it. Last I checked Yahoo gets twice as much traffic as Google.

i read in many forum posts by web masters that they get most of the traffic from google.
in my case i get most of my traffic from google.

Search engine wise, Google is prominent, but the Internet is more than search. Yahoo gets more traffic because it is a portal. Email, games, actions, personals ads, etc.

You're not actually looking at Alexa traffic, are you? Alexa is mostly a waste of time. A tiny percentage of users contribute to Alexa traffic stats. I don't think anything useful could be gathered from them.

to small site alexa means nothing but for large site like google it means something.
