Adwords Keywords for Website
After trying a month of advertising using Overture and being quite impressed with the amount of traffic sent through - but unimpressed by the amount of conversions from the traffic, I am going to try a month advertising using Google Adwords. However, the same keywords that would have been easy to obtain a top ranking on Overture are far more costly on Google, and I am not made of money, so I wish to be a bit smarter and use many "longer" keyword phrases to enable me to keep the cost per click to a minimum.
The website is basically a real-estate site where people advertise their own properties for sale or to let. The primary market is the United Kingdom.
The main search term would be "Estate Agents", however that term is also the most expensive. In this thread could you provide me with any other keyword search terms that may generate useful conversion traffic,before I spend money on the AdWords promotions.
