Time for new pages to be indexed?
Before the Florida update Google would add any new pages from my movie site within 24hours but now I have to wait 3 or 4 days?

Whats it like for the rest of you?

To be honest, I never take much notice. My personal timeframe for Google to include new content is anywhere from hours to weeks. If Google follows links directly from an indexed site - rather than manually submitted - then from my experience it should happen much faster.
