ways of making anchor links

Use my signature for example. is it better to have an anchor link written like this "Prepaid Calling Cards | Prepaid Phone Cards | Prepaid Cell Phones etc." or would i be better off dividing those terms separately. making the link just "Prepaid Calling Cards" and then on another site making the link "Prepaid Phone Cards"?

is stuffing as many keywords into an anchor link a bad idea, and you should use one keyword per link?

I would separate them as well. I have *heard* that using too many keywords in you anchor text can dilute the words or something along those lines. Use those phrases, but put them in separate anchors. Kind of like mine below.
