GemFashion is liked by many
gone from pr 3 to pr0

My webiste is currently under construction. The home page has PR 2. I have a subdomain 'resources.gem-fashion.com' this is basically where I put reciprocal links. Some of those pages got PR1, some PR2, and 5 pages got PR5, which was a little surprising, as it was higher than the home page.
Today, the hosting company conducted some improvements in their service, installed new soft, etc. during this time of update my site was unavailable. That was for about 6 hours. When my site was back again, I noticed that all pages located on the subdomain 'resources' lost their page rank, more than that they were thrown out of Google index. It's either Google spider visited my site at this particular time or something is going on.
My question is: can I hope to regain PR soon? or how long it's going to take?

thank you in advance to all

Gem, I think it's very unlikely that the reducing PR was to do with the site being down for six hours. The last PR update showed some weird results, and many people have reported internal pages with higher than their homepage PR.

It could be that Google is fixing it self - but who knows. I'd not worry about it too much and concentrate on getting links to your website for keywords that you are optimising the website on.

Keep getting links and your ranking will improve and so will the PR.

Darren
