Many companies request good qualifications a position but it isnt always the rule of thumb when it comes down to selecting who to interview.

My current job required a bachelor degree which I dont have. It was something else that I could bring to the table that got me in.

If you feel you have a specific skills or knowledge regarding a job but dont have the needed qualifications I would advise you apply anyway, even if it is Google.
