Have I been banned/penalized by google?

Please check http://www.ansmedia.co.uk you will notice there is a zero page rank. Google is only throwing up Supplementry results. Have I done something wrong :S I have tried submitting (weeks ago), I have a few backlinks also.

How long has the site been up? I'm not seeing any obvious signs of the site being penalized, but I'm also not seeing any Google BackLinks.

Why are you using redirect??
the url takes the visitor to the http://ansmedia.co.uk/site/

Even if I type http://www.ansmedia.co.uk it takes me to the http://ansmedia.co.uk/site/

I dont think your site is banned/penalized. It does show up in Google when you enter the domain name in the search bar. Have patience and give it a little more time.
