How old is your site?

I see no problem with your site, but your meta tags are not going to get you rankings. Anchor text links will do that.

Thumbs up

Do keywords optimization and arrange according to the website content per page wise...

initially try to use the keywords with low competitive keywords and later on as you got the rankings ...and then tweak the results accordingly.

The below things are important for you to optimize your website...
1) TITLE
2) Targeted and Unique Content
3) Themed related Links
4) Link TITLE

Try to use the keyword tools are

1) wordtracker.com
2) inventory.overture.com

Incase of wordtracker use the keywords with higher KEI value.
(KEI = Keyword Effective Intensity)

Good Luck!! & Wish you lot of traffic to your website...
