noticed a few of my low pr 0's move to pr1's but none of my higher pages have changed. Anyone else notice any changes?

I have one site I'm monitoring that was 0 which is now 1.

I have seen a big change in my rankings but my traffic decreased greatly this month. Any ideas?

That would be a subject for its own thread.

Such would, though, require a lot more information than a simple statement re. traffic having fallen. At the very least, you'd need to provide historical traffic trend data, including seasonal ones, for the various sources of traffic.

There are no seasonal updates to either the SERP algorithm or the Toolbar PageRank data.

My friend told me that google updated its pr this month, mine was not moving, only keyword rankings are seen in serps.

There is no guarantee that any page's PR will even remain as is, let alone continue to rise; in fact, it could fall.

Owing to the mathematics involved, the grand total of the actual PR value, range 0 to 1, of all pages included in the PR calculation matrix must always be 1. Therefore, the simple addition of a single new page cause the actual PR value of each and every other page to drop, albeit it ever so slightly.

The only way to maintain or increase a page's PR is to continually being gaining a sufficient number of new inbound links that do not bear "nofollow."
