Is PR 0 and PR N/A different?

Not sure anyone ask this question before. Is PR 0 higher than PR N/A?

A PageRank of 0 means that the page has a score above 0, but less than 1. Keep in mind that the Toolbar PageRank display is limited to whole numbers from 0 to 10, but Google's internal PageRank data has much finer levels of gradation.

When the Toolbar PageRank display shows a gray bar, Data Not Available, it has traditionally meant that either Google has not indexed the page yet or the site has been penalized. Within the past year, however, Google has been making changes to PageRank which leaves many pages gray-barred that are indexed. It's been difficult to determine the status of these pages. It's largely been link exchange pages, and other low-quality pages that have been in this in-between status. At present, all you can assume is that a page with a gray bar is unlikely to be able to pass PageRank to any other pages. Good luck!

Yep they're different. PR0 means Google has crawled your site and given it that rank. PR N/A means it hasn't. It may not have crawled your site yet, it may have many times and there is an error fetching the PR or something like that.

No, PR N/A means NO PR has been assigned, it doesn't mean G hasn't crawled the site. PR 0 means G assigned a 0 PR. All of this aside, PLEASE DON'T OBSESS ABOUT USELESS PR. Worry about the SERPs and traffic.
