Google update going on (June)

Looks like a mini Google update. I have seen a 30% drop in traffic to my movie site as of Saturday (I presume the update started at the end of last month and the UK was effected on Saturday). Anyone ales effected and if so by how much?

Moving up in SERPs can happen without any significant Google update, when you get a good backlink changes are in place by the next day mostly.

Hello,

Over the month of june I have noticed and increase in traffic from Google but it has also updated my listing and cached page. So I am very happy right now as my site is doing better within Google!

I had drops almost across the board today. Hopefully it willl pick back up soon.

Clearly when the time rift fixes itself your rankings will be fine.

I have noticed an increase in traffic, but that might be to me gaining better rankings lol

My rankings are fine now (though SERPS look down for some KW). On average they are up to record levels this year!

Some of you obsess way too much over your rankings. Like do you check it hourly or something?

If so, I"m certain there's something else better you could be doing, like creating quality content or something.

there's a small rift on the datacenters but nothing that seems to cause major lost or gain of ranks. My blog pages have slightly rose in ranks than normal webpages tho. Perhaps they'll settle down in a few days. Have to wait and see.
