No... my keywords were dropped from page 2 to page 4 and then page 8. I'm doing my best to regain my rank, hopefully I can go back to my normal rank..

I don't care much. I believe that payin' attention to such monstrous influencers like Google is absolutely meaningless, even if this statement might seem strange. But why should I pay attention to what I can never beat?

Ah, google panda taught me some SEO lessons. Yes, I did see huge drop in traffic. But then I got a new seo friendly template for my blog. Now my readers stay longer on my pages. I suppose the template made the blog look more professional. I also did some spring cleaning like removing the archive widget from it. That thing was making my site look like a hub for duplicate contents.

Google panda is only about more relevant result and this could be better for SEO but really bed for duplicate content container sites. Now every one need to come out with unique and best content for their users and that will be loved by search engine.

Some times i dont like google update as it hurt my website keywords ranking. This last update i think is the reason why keywords lost their ranking. But still google have to improve it results by giving more quality so Google updates are good for google.

I can not see where panda did anything.
All of my sites stayed the same in the SERPs, traffic stayed about the same,,,, as of yet I have not noticed where panda did anything to my sites.
What I am noticing, is the people with low quality sites complaining the most. If your articles are 200 words or less, then yea, you might have an issue. If your articles are say 750+ words, then you should not have a problem.

The panda updates are great and i'm hoping Google continues to do this for a long time.
Getting rid of the junk and also poor SEO business's will help out everyone in the long run. If your site was never hit then you know that you are doing things right and will only see improvements in your traffic/rankings while the panda updates effect your competitors who try to cheat the system.

I'm with Snake... I love Google Panda. One, I think it's a great way to make sure that the "cream rises to the top", so to speak. Sure, there have been quality websites that have taken a hit, but it seems like Google is working out the bugs to make sure that stops.
Two, my site has seen a huge rise in traffic/rankings since Panda first rolled out. We've literally doubled our traffic in the past year, and I know that I owe Panda a "thank you" for a chunk of it.
If you're doing things the right way and providing a good "user experience" for your visitors (by having content that offers solid information, teaches readers something new, and does it in an interesting way), you have nothing to worry about. In fact, you should be thanking your lucky stars for Panda!

yes, i like the google panda algorithm because with that google can easily standardize the search results in the originality, relevancy, quality wise. All spam (copy pasted) site are going to be moved away from the top results to protect the quality websites.

I think that (spammers apart) those who discuss SEO on forums do it because they either want information or just want to discuss something, and in the latter case that suggests they like doing it. When I'm in the office I will be doing this and other things online, and talking personally with people regarding real estate. When I stop in the bar on the way home I may get asked about real estate matters or to help someone with their laptop or pc, but no-one has ever mentioned SEO.
My point is that it isn't an either/or situation, so that promoting the business in other ways and other unrelated things can be done in addition to SEO.
