I can't find out whether that's the case or not, right? The PR0 website is one of my own and I think it is caused by a bug. I have e-mailed Google about this but have not heard from them. The PR0 website is 1001onlinegames.com. AllTheWeb shows 700+ backlinks, Google shows none.

Sounds like a penalty. Was the domain previously registered? We have http://www.las-vegas-realty.com/ which was previously registered, and remains PR0 forever, no matter how many links we give it. Misapplied expired domain filter.

Or has it? Whoa, I don't even remember. It may have been registered before (by me), but never used. Either way, Google used to show backlinks (in the first month of the site's actual existence) but they slowy disappeared from the index.

Can it have something to do with changing from shtml to html pages?

you bet it can. pr is for each individual page, not your entire site. so if you have yourdomain.com/home.html and you change it to yourdomain.com/home.shtml, google won't recognize these as the same page. so you're new page will have a pr of 0 until google updates.

but if its been a long time (so you know google has updated since you've made the changes) then it sounds like a ban to me.
