Hi,
I looked up the pages indexed by Google for one site and found that some pages were in their regular results, while the rest showed up as "supplemental". The home page showed up in the regular result.
Each of the pages lists a different service. In the past, I had been creating external links with descriptive anchor texts pointing to individual pages, such as, anchor text "service 1" to
www.mysite.com/service-1.htm.
Say, if service-1.htm is in Google's supplemental result, should I keep pointing external links to that service-1 page or the home page?
I noticed that when I searched for service listed on "supplemental" pages, Google returned the home page instead in its results.
Is there a way to migrate those "supplemental" pages into regular-indexed pages?
Thanks in advance! Terry
