How can I Improve my ranking in my local search engine ranking like(.uk, .ir , .in), please suggest me which seo technique is most effective for this?

One way would be to submit to popular local directories. Also, having the main business name in the url is an option which must be considered much, meaning, if your domain name was

mydomain.com.ir
this is true especially for Google ranking, meaning, let's say you are working in a market where there is good competition, then they may out rank you if they are doing all the right seo thingy.
But what if? You are competing against someone who is actually investing in seo services? Then if they have a domain with country extension, and if yours doesn't, then I am afraid it will be very very hard for you to out rank them. In fact, if they invested in search engine optimisation services, then I can basically guarantee that they will outrank you almost all the time.

One way for you to improve local search is to Geo-target your keyword, your content and make ways to improve your local searches through linking to sites that are also geo-targeted.

You may also choose to do it in your domain, either getting a:

www.domain.com.fr (france for example)

or

www.domain.com/france (subfolders)

or

fr.domain.com / france.domain.com (subdomain)

Do local marketing.
Find sites that are only .uk, .ir, .n. Do submissions and promote on those sites only. Plus do local listing too.

First of all you have to get a domain like uk or ca, whatever the market you are going to target, and do seo of you site on local search engine. Get some local directory lists and submit your site.

The TLD is very important, should be the country-TLD. You should consider hosting your site at the country too. Google/Cutts explained that the hosting/server is not that important but on my experience there is a difference. Perhaps it`s because of delay times.

Backlinks should definitely come from sites within the country you want to get ranked. Important: Not only big sites, thats very dangerous at the beginning. Links from outside are not only useless but could be harmful. Provide a sitemap at webmaster tools and set the country there too.

Try to work with a local seo agency because there are a lot of differences in getting backlinks. I learned this the hard way :-)

Country Specific domain help in this a lot. But if you don't have the company domain and than you can make it's directory and post it to webmaster though this works at about 80% but if you don't have the option for the domain than this technique works for you!
