I am not surprised, the relevancy of Google is in decline big time. These days if you talk about huge brand corporations, you will rank high whatever you say about them.

Google at its finest.

The search engine giant usually starts showing unrelated results by the end of page 1

I could not even come close to duplicating your results and I did not even use quotes.

You can see some ending by CW...in the third page for the keyphrase mentionned above.
I don't think the results are the same from different geographic places, which make even more difficult to know exactly what are your rankings to the other part of the country. Perhaps the data centers are playing a major role.

Very annoying isn't it - having to scroll down or search more specifically for what you look for

I read somewhere that a search engine results display the title of the page, the site name, the URL or website address and the description tag.I understood that website owners has control on what the description tag may display in search engine results and if the website owner does not provide one,the search engine will by itself create one based on the content of the website page,so based on the screenshot above,I assumed that the site owner did not provide a description tag on that particular page.

I didn't get those results on PAGE 2 using the same search term's.

Are you using google.com to search?

Do you have personalized search turned off? I agree with S man, I can't duplicate your results at all.

I do agree with Natural that not always the search results are right on the money. Google still needs to do a few more panda and peguin updates to try to actually get it right.

I'm not seeing those results. I'm not logged in, and I'm using Google's no country redirect at that. I know Google can be like this sometimes, but it would be great if we can all see the same kind of results, too. I had a good laugh at those GoDaddy coupons from the sick guide, by the way. That was really random, if you ask me.

Google must not claim they are showing *only* the best results... They chased away some of the good websites in the name of penguin and panda update. Google has changed a lot and going back after money.

That's what happening when Google choose to favor the big corporations, some spammers or reviewers just learned the trick. Inserts of a big brand in the title of the page an you will rank high in Google.

There is an American proverb on that: "What Goes Around Comes Around"
