Google Updating 5-31-06 3:30 PM EST ?

As of 5-31-06 3:30 PM EST.
I am seeing updated or different results on data centers:
64.233.167

64.233.179

Nothing major but some changes.
Anyone else?

I sure hope these serps stay on these DC's and the rest follow but I know better than to get my hopes up too high until things settle down a few days at least. Still, I hope they are what is coming as I pulled off some major jumps in serps for a few clients if so...
I am watching for patterns in what data centers render updates first if it is fact possible to see them and if fact some DC's show the coming results of the others.
Any thoughts?

Switching Gears;
Still wondering about a post I made some time back about G using certain DC's to try new algo's etc. and if you can see what is coming by using them.
Cutt's eluded to this effect with one of his posts some time ago posting about Big Daddy and how you could see the BD serps on one or two DC's there first.
I wondered if they use certain ones for trials and if you could find this out if you could get a glimpse of updates to come and adjust accordingly.
No one really said or posted much back about it but I am still wondering on that one.

Thanks
Frank

Most of the major directory / portal sites are the same serps.
For most of the sites I own or manage but when it starts to thin out, first page, and go to more individual sites I am seeing better serps for myself. I am really noticing patterns in the aging and quality of IBL's being a bigger factor since BD. Matt and yourself hinted on that months ago and I have been readjusting my linking strategies to compensate for some of these changes and they seem to be paying off making first pages in most cases for "in about 1 million plus results" and significant upward serps in the 5-10 Million results range moving from many high 2nd pages to low to mid 1st pages for 2-3 word terms.

Just curious if anyone else was seeing anything with their G serps today was all really.
Thanks again, hope your not working to hard John.
Frank

PapaBear,
I've noticed a change last night.. but only for about 2 hours.. I was #1 on google for "online webcam casino", then.. poof.. back to page 6.. Other than that isolated incident.. everything is basically like it was before.

Are your's still ranking higher in SERPS?

Google Updating 5-31-06 3:30 PM EST ?

I am only seeing a difference on one site for one or two terms and only on DC's,
64.233.179 and 64.233.167

Not getting my hopes up yet for all DC's.
So far today only MSNBot visiting that site in question.
Slurp & MSNBot visiting another I checked.
We shall see.
I usually dont watch close but trying some on page factors for a few terms on a few sites and watching to see what effect it will have if any was why I posted originally.
Things are steady here overall.
