Google site-crawler problems

Please all rush at once. I'm sure there are a number of causes for this and I'd like to hear as many of them as possible.

I have a website (planba.com) that has been registered on Google for some weeks but which the crawlers have only partially indexed. I have submitted a sitemap and other than a lack of links to exterior sites, believe it to be easily navigable.

The search provides a link to the site but does not include the 'Cached' and 'Similar Pages' links that should be there. As a result, the site isn't even being ranked yet. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. Many thanks.

That site isn't indexed at all. The problem is just that you have no inbound links. Google determines the importance of a website or web page from the links it has. There are no links to your site so Google doesn't deem it important enough to index.

Same here, but I’m aware on what JonhScott said, I have no inbound links (have some now, but recent) to my pages, so why should google bother by indexing my whole site? My work now is to spread (not spam) some links over the net, waiting google realize that my site it's really important to the websphere

Just concentrate on backlinks. Submit your site in directories, directory submission helps in getting more backlinks. When your backlinks are more it helps in getting high PR. Also update your content regularly, add fresh content & use proper keywords. All these points will help you in getting more backlinks.
