Young and successful!

People would want to read this because it's the life of a high Google Employee, not exactly what it's worked up to be

A big thing for young success driven people is the need to succeed. This is what life is all about for them. They love their job and they want more than anything else to be very successful. The money is great, but, it is really more about doing what they want to do. And, at this time in their life it is working hard and succeeding.
having a work schedule like this is very satisfying for some people.. And if life is satisfying, well, what more can you say?
