This article was sent to me by a friend and I just had to share it with you guys if you haven't read it yet. It's from ZDNet and based on an interview with Google CEO in regards to clickfraud.
Apparently ClickFraud is ok, cause it will just work out. pfft As an advertiser and a publisher such comments out of a CEOs mouth just does not make me a happy person.
I do realize that Google is doing things to prevent and track clickfraud, so scenario, yes I understand. However, it just seems like such a nonchelaunt comment to make.
He's probably right and it will probably be seen as a cost of doing business, much like theft is seen as a cost of doing business for a retail store. Still it's a pretty cavalier attitude and not something I would expect or want a CEO to say.
